Understanding the Official IELTS Rounding Rules
IELTS পরীক্ষায় চারটি মডিউলের পৃথক ব্যান্ড স্কোরের গড় (arithmetic mean) বের করে চূড়ান্ত সার্বিক ব্যান্ড (Overall Band) নির্ধারিত হয়। প্রতিটি মডিউলে সমান ২৫% গুরুত্ব থাকে। গড় নম্বর যদি কোনো ভগ্নাংশ হয়, তবে তা কেমব্রিজের অফিশিয়াল রাউন্ডিং পলিসি অনুসারে নিকটবর্তী পূর্ণ ব্যান্ড (Whole Band) বা অর্ধ ব্যান্ডে (Half Band) রাউন্ড করা হয়:
গড় যদি ঠিক .25 হয়, তবে তা পরবর্তী হাফ ব্যান্ডে উন্নীত হয়। যেমন: 6.25 ➔ 6.5
